Raw Material Control

In a food industry that utilizes raw materials that are recently harvested, a system is needed to ensure that manufactured product requirements are warehoused for a minimum time and the amount of over ordering is kept within a small specified range. This program will determine the exact amount of raw material that is required based on a manufacturing schedule and will employ this information for the creation of purchase orders. Incorporating the periods between order fullfillment using historial data, an ordering schedule for a complete quarter is created and automatically updated daily based on changing requirements.
