WAYNE WOOGEN, PRESIDENT

SYNOPSIS

A computer analyst/programmer with extensive experience in designing customized applications. Program experience ranges from business database systems to scientific simulation models. Responsibilities grew from project head to managing a consulting division to regional Vice President. Diversified experience in chemical engineering, PC corporate training and consulting, and MIS expertise pertaining to the needs of financial institutions, as well as marketing research for the consumer package goods industry.

Currently head of a software design and service company providing PC expertise to the corporate community. Established in 1988, Advanced Logical Solutions, Inc. performs application system development, client server programs, networking, hardware/software evaluations, business analysis, program debugging and training.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Programmed numerous customized client server database systems employing various database languages. Also, designed simulation systems of chemical processes employed for both training and analytical purposes.

Originated and headed a computer consulting division with a staff of programmers. Met with clients, developed project specifications, wrote and priced out proposals and either designed or supervised the design of all projects.

Created numerous client server applications employing MS SQL Server and Sybase as the backend database engine. Developed and managed large scale computer simulations costing over $1,000,000. Founder and former President of the Scan*Fact PC Users Group.

Attained the title of Vice President responsible for IT support and product development within the Mid Atlantic region for a Fortune 100 company.

Hired as an expert witness for a case involving a dispute between a Chemical manufacturer and Consulting firm
