Data from hundreds of accredited schools is collected within this database throughout the course of a year. Statistical data is accumulated and control reports generated displaying any exceptions or anomalies so that further investigation can be performed by the staff and subsequent corrections made to this information. At a set period, a massive report is generated that lists all accredited schools with vital statistics. This document is camera ready and is sent to a publisher that in turn creates a publication for distribution to potential students. Since the report format most conform to specific standards, HPL language was employed to ensure the exact placement of all lines and text down to the pixel level.
