Excel data for toll and bridge crossings from different sources are imported into this database program. Any anomalies are initially filtered for unrecognized tags and toll plazas that are not recognized by the system. An algorithm is designed to line up dispatched trips against toll crossing with the purpose of assigning the correct expenses to each delivery. Numerous reconciliation reports are available to identify any toll charge that can not be accounted for from dispatched trips. An export facility exists to generate spreadsheets to an accounting system so that these expenses can be charged to another distributor that contracts out commercial trucking jobs.
